Privacy Notice

Member registration collects your Discom's official email domain and a chosen User ID; Admin, Reviewer and Approver accounts are named individuals with their own email address. We log sign-ins, content submissions and workflow actions for security and audit purposes (retained at least 3 years, per our audit retention policy).

An anonymous visitor's searches, item views and downloads are logged by IP address only (never tied to a name), both to enforce a fair-use download rate limit and to measure public usage of the repository separately from Member usage.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your device for the concurrent- session limit. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Expert profiles

A listed Expert's details are shown only for the fields they consented to display, and are removed within two working days of a withdrawal request (subject to a minimal audit-trail record).
